There is this girl at my school that i really like...we talk on the internet a lot and sometimes at school but i have no classes with her so its hard to talk for more than a couple of min. she just broke up with her bf a week ago and i was wanting to ask her out.
How? Where? When? serious answers only plz
and im kinda shy around her plus if i ever see her she is always standing with at least 4 of her friends.

Be confident, because girls are waiting to be asked out by a guy. Get it over with it. If she rejects you than go find an another girl that likes you. But never give up! Try to find a time where she's alone and just say "are you busy on saturday" than if she says shes free, than say "do you want to go to.........with me."

If she broke up with her boyfriend a week ago...give it some time. At least a month or two, the last thing you want to be is the "rebound" boyfriend...they never last. Also how long was she going out with her boyfriend? If it was for a while, it may take her a while before she is ready to get back in a serious relationship. But when you do talk to her on the internet or at school, tell her that you want to meet her for a cup of coffee or something and let it go from there.

I wouldn't jump the gun and just ask her out. I would keep talking with her and maybe ask her if she wants to grab a bite of food sometime or just talk. Tell her that you would really like to be her friend.
Girls can be intimidating when all of their friends are clustered around them, but that is actually the best time to approach and talk. It shows the young lady that you have enough courage to speak up just for her. you don't nee to be funny or hip, just sincere. Go up to her when her friends are around and just ask if she has moment to chat.

Next week, bring her a rose, and ask her to be your Valentine. It's cheezy, but she's probably still raw from her breakup, and not looking forward to being alone for Valentine's. If her friends are there, just ignore them and let them giggle. Keep eye contact with her, like she's the only woman in your world.

Hey,
Since it will be hard to talk to her in school why don't you make one of those cute cards on the internet for valentines and send it to her? I think that would be an ok way to be asked out.... Good Luck with ur (soon to be) new gf!

Ask her through the internet. That way, you don't present yourself as being shy and if she rejects you, you could always say it was your friend asking from your screen name -- which totally sounds silly but at least it's an excuse. Just be honest & tell her how you feel!

hmmm...why don't you try ask her in internet to eat with you at lunch...and treat her for somewhat reason....(reason out if she asks)......if u dont like that, just tell her to eat lunch together......then find the perfect time to ask her out....i really have no idea where the perfect place 4 u to bring her....ask her where she wanna go....or think of a place where you know you 2 will enjoy....dont bring her to a boring place.....but it depends...if she's a shy type, its probably ok 4 her if you bring her to a place where you guys can talk about anything 1-on-1.

hey i ain't that good with this, but i know how a person's friends can be, so i would ask if i could speak to them privately and do what i gotta do. If your friends and all it shouldn't be that difficult, just if you don't get the right vibe from her when you ask her to talk then don't do it. get her number or something, but its all leads down what effect you want your approach to have.

walk right up to all of her friends and take her arm turn her asside and say I would really like to see you without all of your friends along for the entertainment factor, can we talk after school or is now a good time?

So ask her online. You said you talk there alot, so you both are comfortable with that kind of communication. Next time you chat with her, ask her to the movies!
