Can't locate word processor documents. The following message appears.?

MS Works processor wkswp.exe- unable to locate component. This application has failed to start because LTRN13N.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the application may fix this.
Reinstalling Works 7 did not solve the problem, although I can open Word Pad documents but MS Word processor documents

did you try a search using the key words of the doc - from the start menu?
did you save them onto a removable disc that you have taken out of the computer?

My boyfriend gets something similar on his laptop. It wouldn't open the word processor bit of Works. We couldn't solve it and gave up.
