Bagbalm is an aneseptic and a moisturizer. If I have a cut and it's very dry and cracking and I use bagbalm will that clog my pores around the area and whatnot?

Bagbalm is not intended for use on humans, but most certainly not on the face.
You would do better to use neosporin or bacitracin and keep the wound covered with a bandage until it heals. A covered wound heals much more quickly than an uncovered wound.

Bagbalm has been used by humans for years and it is sold in drug stores for human use. It is best used on your hands and feet. You typically don't have problems with your pores clogging in those areas anyway. I would not use it on my face or other sensitive areas.

It was first used by dairy farmers who noticed that it kept their hands from cracking in the fridgid winter temps when they used it on their cows' udders.
