Witch hazel or surgical spirits (which you can purchase from pharmaceutical counter) very inexpensive, it will dry your skin though so you need a good moisturiser, such as e45 or oilatum.
Manuka Honey + 10, is quite expensive, but last a long time, its has natural anti bacterial fighting agents. If you can afford to buy it, (about £8.00), you can mix it with hot water for a bedtime sweet drink or mix it into cereals. It helps to purify from the inside out. You can also use it as a face mask. I have been in your position, good luck to you.

It depends on why your skin is breaking out.
If it's hormonal then your diet can have a positive or negative impact on your skin. Cutting out the fast food will actually save you money.
If it's clogged pores then wash your face morning and night with a mild soap (over drying can cause your skin to produce more oil and lead to more acne) also change your pillow cases EVERY day and keep your hands off your face.

Pimples are caused by hormones, bottom line. Not by what you eat or how often you wash with special soap. Cleaning your face at least twice a day does usually help keep more dirt from getting into your pores, but it can't do much for existing pimples. If they get infected, sometimes you'll need oral antibiotics. Don't pop them, it makes it worse. There are a few prescription medications you can try, both oral and topical- ask your doctor about which one may be right for you.

steam.
get a bowl of hot water (not boiling) and put a towel over your head and let the steam into your pores for 5 minutes. then dip your face straight into some cold water. that closes the pores up. then cleanse tone and moisterise as usual.
do this 3 times a week
or if your lucky enough sit in a steam room.
its fantastic it takes the toxins out of your skin.
and drink lots of water instead of fizzy pop.
