First off, it is "specific" not "pacific". Pacific is an ocean. There, you just made a mistake in a public forum. You can brave the fear of kissing with tongue. The short answer to your question, kiss with the mouth open, insert tongue. The technic, specifically, is yours to develop. Have fun. But don't just jam it all the way in there. Move a little here and there. Be playful, not overpowering. You will be surprised how naturally it can come. When you open your mouth, extend your tongue. As you close the mouth, bring the tongue back. Don't just keep the mouth open and the tongue extended, that can get too slobbery and gross. Soft lips and a not overly aggressive tongue are very exciting. You'll have to do it at some point, so if you are a good enough age to be responsible with this stuff, just go for it with the right person.

Mouth open & closing with a few slips of the tonge.
The motion is a little fish like (but dont overdo the fish mouth movements though).
Stick your tongue in after a few gobbles, then take it out again and repeat until you are sick of kissing or your partner stops.

Kiss with the lips RELAXED. Use the tongue gently with their's. Don't open the mouth too wide. Just enough to let the tongue out to do it's thing.

start by kissing gently then when you feel the time is right and she is kissing you faster then slowly move your tongue into her mouth but dont stick it in coz she might be one of girls who hate it. Just slowly and sensually is the way forward! then play round with her tongue a bit, licking hers with yours and stuff..there pretty fun. good luck! :)

it's easy. open your mouth and slowly put your tongue into the other mouth and move your tongue around, but be gentle and move your tongue slowly around the other tongue. you'll figure it out.

don't be affraid its easy the person sticks thier tongue in your mouth you stick yours in the other person's mouth
