I wish I knew!! You need a license to drive a car, a license to fish even, but any inbred, dimwitted whack job can have kids! Talk about the dysfunctional leading the dysfunctional! We have a plan where I work to create a utopian society where all the kids are taken from their insane, unfit parents and raised in a perfect, loving, supportive environments. One can dream can't they? I work with kids and I would rather deal with the most challenged kid than their parents. At the group home I worked at with youth, most of the kids were golden out of their parents care! Enter parents, and the anger, resentment and violence came out. Human rights really are a good thing but maybe some have too many rights...

don't know but it should happen..... maybe do the hitler thing... who knows... but i have felt that idiots should not be allowed to reproduce... or anyone with ****** up genes in general which get passed on to their children should not be allowed to reproduce as well....
