Copper, there must be copper in your pan and that changed the color - it is safe to eat it just looks funny. Next time use a copper free pan and this won't happen. It could have also been over cooked - again won't effect the flavor just the food value and appearance.

you cooked the egg too long and the iron in the egg yolk reacted with the sulfur in the egg white.
