I just wanted to know if illegal aliens pay attention to the facts of nutrition ? Mexican food has a lot salt in it. Is high in fat. High in saturated fat. Is high in Trans fat. Do illegal aliens read food labels or are they vey knowledgeable about US nutrition facts ?

I don't think many understand. When you are raised to just be thankful for any food.....it's hard to get picky.

So let me get this straight, the problem is with "illegal aliens", so you're saying citizens who are of Mexican descent eat the right amount of salt, fat, etc? I think you should rephrase your question and just say Mexican food, I don't think the term "illegal aliens" is at all relevant to your inquiry.
p.s. why do you care anyway? eat whatever you want, I don't see how what others eat affects you.

Obesity rates in the US are skyrocketing. The french fry is the vegetable most commonly eaten by american children. Most Americans eat fast food at least twice per week.
Do AMERICANS read food labels or are they very knowledgeable about US nutrition facts?
