The buzz from caffeine in tea lasts longer and it's milder. You don't have that up and down crash like coffee. It's also much easier on my stomach than coffee.

I'm a tea drinker. I love the herbal teas.My dad got me hooked on it when I was very young. My mother drank coffee. I like the smell but couldn't drink it. To me it tasted bitter, and strong. The last two times I tried coffee I got sick.

I drink herbal teas only. No caffeine from tea or coffee. It's really bad for the body's nerves & although you'll get a "high" off of it the body is more stressed and will have problems from it in the long run. (Caffeine fatigue anxiety depression - google it.)

Green tea. Because tea and coffee are both an acquired taste and green tea is actually good for you.

Caption from a New Yorker cartoon: "And would you like your green tea with cream, sugar, or just the usual dollop of self-righteousness?"

Ha!

Love the loose leaf green tea. Never liked coffee. Green tea is served hot but not real hot or boiling and it is something I can drink often and enjoy. Not like the bag stuff, the real thing is strange at first then just grows on you.

I love tea, and coffee. I like them both. I like coffee in the AM and then tea in the PM. Especially, with lots of ice and sugar.

Because my father was British, so I grew up with it. But I find tea is very soothing and the flavour goes with more foods.
