Would my hair be damaged if I spray painted it and left it in for several hours?

Are you talking about the kind of spray paint that is specifically to paint your hair?? I hope so, because that's OK.... It will wash out and not damage it at all. But real paint has a ton of harsh chemicals and that would be like perming, dying and frying your hair at once. Yikes!

of course it is, and if you really left it in for that long, you seriously risk it break off when trying to get it out.
you can get some kool-aid or food coloring, or even that crappy halloween hair spray to get the colored effect you want. or you could go to a sally's beauty supply or hot topic and pick up manic panic...

Yes, it wil damage your hair! Even worse, it will kill brain cells and aggrevate your lungs! It will also smell horrible to the people around you. Please don't do it!
