im pretty sure the lungs, or it's the same all over till it comes back to the lungs

The arteries are rich in blood which leads to the heart and ciculates the body. The oxygen comes from the lungs.

the lungs. That's where the oxygen goes into the blood. If you watch some of those gory realtiy tv hospital shows, you'll notice that wounds that involve the lung have very bright red blood. Bright red blood means it has lots of oxygen in it. The further the blood travels from the lungs, the darker it gets because it has less oxygen.

i am sorry to say that it is the lungs in fact are the most oxygeniated. The heart pumps blood to the lungs first then into the brain. so if you excluded the lungs, then it is the brain, but no, the lungs are the most oxygeniated place in the human body.
