Let them be. Let momma kitty take care of her babies without anyone disturbing them for at least 2 weeks. Mom might get upset and reject them if they are bothered too much. Also make sure mom has litter, food, and water near by. Also make sure that they are in a confined area like a warm box or a basket that is easy for mom to get out of but not for small kittens. Momma knows best so let her do as instinct tells her. If you should find that she rejects a kitten then call the vet to find out a proper diet and feeding schedual. Unless you are breeding cats as a professional (which your question makes it sound like this was unplanned) you should also see about getting mom and all the babies fixed because we have too many homeless cats being destroyed in shelters. Good luck!

I wouldnt do anything just let the mother cat do her job. Unless you notice something odd like maybe the mother cat pushes one kitten away or if you think she still has more kittens in her then call the vet.

Take mother cat and all kittens to the vet tomorrow. The vet can examine the mother to be sure no afterbirth or any unborn kittens remain to cause a bad infection. He can also prescribe vitamins to help her produce better milk for her babies. He can also check the babies for any genetic health problems.

Leave them alone and let the mother cat do her job. Cats don't like humans to interfere with there babies, they don't want them touched at young ages so they can be sure they are safe and healthy. They are the mommy cat they know what to do. Just feed the mother cat healthy and she will do the rest.

The vet you have been taking your cat to should be able to help you answer that question. Let her/him know your concerns. If she didn't address them yet, it is probably because she didn't know you were unsure.
