you should wear chunky bangs, swept to the side. When you pull your hair away from your face, you attract attention to your nose and eyes, so use your ponytail as high as you can, not low. And never, ever part the hair in the middle, since what it does is point straight at the center of your face.

Try chopping up the end your bangs, this is done by pointing the scissors directly at the end of your bangs and cutting across your forehead, ask someone you trust to help you. DO NOT CUT TO MUCH! Try just a little to make your bangs move and not be so straight and severe.

Instead of straight across, could you get your bangs feathered to soften them up a bit?
As they grow out, I think you could pouf them up to the side with a barrette. This would improve the proportion in relation to your nose.
Also, you might pouf your ponytail if you've been wearing it tight to your head.
