Some signs are that volcano eruptions, earthquakes and floods will occur and more often the closer we get to the end. I once read an prophesy in the bible that explained about when the end would occur. I will try to quote it as best I can. It stated that from the time of the restoration of Israel in 1948 until the destruction of Jerusalem would be 72 years. So if you add 1948 + 72 you get
the year 2020. The book of Daniel and Revelation indicate that satans reign on earth would be shortened From 7 years to only 5 months. This was to be done for the sake of God's elect people.
That would bring the year back to 2013. Or was that already figured in the 72 years. You be the judge. For the people with discernment this was hinted at in the new testament . Christ was walking along with one of His apostles in Jerusalem. The apostle said to Christ, aren't these buildings great??. Christ said to him, there will come a day when there will not be one stone of these buildings standing atop another. He was referring to the destruction of Jerusalem stated in the end prophesy. Jerusalem is destroyed i.e. "cleansed" by way of a large earthquake . It also destroys God's temple which satan sat if for 5 months doing miracles and claiming to be Jesus. This all happens when Christ comes back and blows satan's cover. This used to be fun ,now it is becoming hard work to answer these. Some ratings even thubs down ratings would be nice so i can tell if people are even reading my answers. POST SCRIPT, The world will never end ,the kingdom of heaven will be here on earth and it will be BEAUTIFUL beyond our imagination and it will go on forever!!!!

I'm a Muslim, and though the exact Hour is known only to God, there are three signs (among many others) that the Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) told us about that I find pretty amazing. The first is the barefooted shepherd will compete in building lofty buildings. Look at the extraordinary development in the Gulf countries over the past forty years with the oil boom. Before that time, they literally were barefoot shepherds living relatively primitively. Soon Dubai will be boasting the world's tallest skyscraper. The next is that the servant will become the master, which has been interpreted by scholars to refer to the general disrespect and lack of obligation shown by today's youth towards their parents and other authority figures. The third is that time will be extremely short, which could refer to rapid air travel, instant communication, etc., plus our general sense of not having enough time to get everything done in our busy lives. The Prophet also warned us about general depravity and lack of moral values and how we will consider them acceptable. I also personally think that global warming and climate change is a sign. If you want my opinion, I don't know if God is actually going to destroy the world by His hand or if He just knows that we, through our selfishness, ignorance and complacency will eventually bring about its destruction. In any case, the Hour was considered "near" in the Prophet's time (approx. 1400 years ago). Given the age of the Earth, "near" or "soon" could still be thousands of years away. Or maybe not.

Read the book "Good Omens" by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett. The whole idea behind the story (its written as fiction, by the way) is that neither good nor evil REALLY want the apocolypse ... because each gives the other something to do, a purpose ... a reason to exist. If I were to believe in good and evil as entities, I believe this would be pretty close to the truth. So I wouldn't be worrying too much about the world ending anytime soon.

When God is ready. The Bible says we don't know the time or hour when Jesus is coming back. I do think we are in the end of times though, as this world is gotten more and more evil and sick in the past 30 yrs.

I don't know but there are signs. Revelations is the last great unfulfilled prophecy. Take note, REV talks about severe weather events, of the kind the world has never seen. seems obvious that the climate as we knew it couldn't produce 100 pound hailstones but with global warming maybe we will. the end may be sooner than any of us care to think about.

No one knows when except God. Not even the angels in heaven. The Bible is being fulfilled each day. All I can say is we are one day closer. Please stay ready, don't doubt, trust God, it will happen. God said so and that's the bottom line.
