What was up with my sister?

I occupy the room next to my sister. Anyway, last night I heard her moaning through the wall. I could barely hear it, but it bothered me. I could not fall asleep. She stopped after about forty-five minutes of it. Was she dreaming of something scary?

If it was a dream it went for along time. I think she must of had a guy in the room.
