Rosa Regale is a delicious, sweet, and sparkling red wine from Italy around $20 a bottle.
If you don't want sparkling and money isn't an issue try a sweet Recioto from italy, around $50 a half bottle.

you should really try Fragolino. It's a sweet, sparkling red wine made from strawberries and it's just delicious.
Sangria, btw is a mixed drink, made with wine, orange juice, sparkling (carbonated) water, to which you add pieces of apples and strawberries.

Sangria is cheap wine and it tastes great when it's fresh.
