At New York parties I always get a migraine from the brilliant white glare of American teeth. Everyone seems to have a hundred of them and close like a stockade, top and bottom.

It's quite natural! It's a little known fact that americans have an extra gene which means they are born with 48 perfect teeth. Most californians also have a gene for a perfect golden tan too. Unfortunately, these genes have also been known to cause a condition known as grandeus-butteus in middle age and it becomes compulsery for sufferers to wear elasticated plaid trousers whilst on holiday.

Goulash....you crack me up !!!! Im from California...but I do not have the neon white teeth or a tan ! Seriously though....the teeth are designed to blind you so that you dont notice/cant see the obviously plastic noses, chins, boobs, etc.... ( I dont have any of those either ) Perfect white teeth are definitely an American obsession....Im pretty sure those white teeth are made out of plastic too !

Really though, just the show biz types have the blinding whites. It is filtering down to the mainstream, but my teeth are somewhat off-white due to my caffeine habit :)

Thats cos they bleach the hell out of their teeth just so they can and only then take the mickey out of us. Our teeth might be yellow but they're not as crooked as they think.

My sister had yellow coloured teeth when she was younger and the dentist said the only reason why they were yellow was because they are strong teeth!

I agree with you. I always thought it was my imagination with the USA people and their teeth. They have got lots of teeth in their mouths.

I actual fact, the healthiest teeth are ivory coloured, like them or not. Pure white have had the enamel removed, which is there to protect them.

i wouldn't want to have my teeth whitened because whitening takes the enamel off of your teeth and afterwards, your teeth are much more sensitive to heat and coolness. don't worry. it's better to be yourself than be another copy.
