Sorry to say, but most of these answers are incorrect :(
"Ton école est grande comment?" is indeed said in québec (i'm from there too), but it's more common talk than correct talk
"Comment grand est votre école?" It's "grande" and "Comment grande" isn't so great either.
"Quelle taille est ton (ou votre) ecole?" Need more words here, change to "école" also
"est-ce que ton ecole fait grand?" Grammar errors, incorrect
"Quelle est la capacite de ton ecole" OK, means capacity of school more than size, change to "capacité" and "école" though.
"Ton ecole fait large?" Grammar errors, incorrect
So, I would recommend this instead:
"Quelle est la taille de ton (ou votre) école?"

There are a few choices, depending on what this sentence is really being used for, On dirait...(one would say)...
' Quelle taille est ton (ou votre) ecole?'
' est-ce que ton ecole fait grand'
' Quelle est la capacite de ton ecole'
' Ton ecole fait large?'
my choice ' Ton ecole, fait-il large?'
Using comment in this instance is quite amateur
