1 lung, 1 kidney, most of the pancreas (it regrows), the eyes, the ears, the nose, much of the colon and illium (large and small intestines), appendix, tonsils, most of the stomach (gastric bypass does this and leaves nearly nothing of hte stomach but apouch the size of a walnut!)

Shall I go on? Adenoids, testicles (yeouch!) uterus, most of teh liver.... LOTS man, lots...

few human organs can be removed without harm to the body. For example the lungs and the male testes can both function with one.ie each human can live with one successively instead of the pairs.

Same as previous answers. I just wanted to add spleen. You can live without a spleen if for some reason (most of the time an accident) it becomes damaged.

Appendix, Gall Bladder, 1 lung (but not both), part of the large intestine (but not all), uterus, ovaries, prostate gland, tonsils, adneoids, etc.
