Facial tics, including eye lid ticking, are a result of low levels of vitamin B. Pantothenic Acid supplements (http://www.mynsp.com/carole/products/guide.aspx?stockNum=1640 ) will fix you right up. We use up vitamin B during times of stress. Stress can be caused by an uncomfortable change in life - and so yes, in that sense, an eye lid tic can fortell trouble (that is causing or caused by your own stress).

Peace!

I have heard of it. The Chinese believe that if it's the left eye lid, it's good news, if it's the right eye lid, it's bad news. Absolutely no reason behind it other than what was passed on from generation to generation. Pure superstition.

No... thankfully it doesn't herald much because every time my sinuses get messed up first, then one of those darn little nerves or muscles get jiggy... never meant anything except that I've got a cold, which usually happens before the nerve/muscle goes bonkers.

seek for the help of friends and family members and attempt to stay stable. that is lots to bypass via yet you will make it. As for the gall bladder situation, do regardless of the physician says (assessments, enhancing the nutrition plan, scientific care & medicine, and so on.) and attempt to no longer trouble (much less complicated mentioned than executed, admittedly); rigidity will positioned on a individual down so as that's why you elect the help of friends & family members that can assist you you.

well some older folks tend to say that it is either good or bad news. It may be from experience or just plain old superstition.

It happens to me and usually means I'm overly tired or stressed, nothing else. Relax and it stops.

May God Bless you.
