Ya Charlie has nice hair but i think that hairstyle you have in the pic is very nice in itself! :)
Well it'd say you should have a look for some hair gel that is not too thick or sticky and don't use too much. Just mess around with it and see what you can do. I'd say it'd take a bit of practice to get it perfectly like Charlie's, but the key is to get the right hair product!!

not sure who it is, but find a picture, take it to the hairdresser and ask him/her for exactly what you want. a picture is important, people have a hard time explaining what they want and interrepreting (sp) it. a picture will help you both get the exact result you want!!! good luck! by the way ... who is this person whos hair you want???

you can,t really describe how to do it in words the best way is to go to a good salon with a picture and ask them to do it and show you how
