Sounds like you may have already BLOWN your probation. When the judge in your criminal case tells you to do something, maybe you should do it and not just blow it off because you don't feel like doing it...

Because you state that you attended a hearing, I'm inclined to believe you were given " Deferred Adjudication " meaning that if, you completed the group program the charges against you would have been dismissed. But, since you were non-compliant, what ever the law allows the Judge to sentence you to could and/or will be invoked. If the sentence guidelines call for probation for the first offense, the Judge " may " sentence you to up to 3yrs. depending on the amount of mary-jane you were caught with and what class they place the offense in. Please note, Jail for a first time offense is generally not common but, I would not count it out because as you said, you didn't complete the program/chance already given to you.
GOD BLESS/GOOD LUCK!!

This is probably the wrong place to ask about what will happen to you. Laws on marijuana possession and the procedures for carrying out court orders vary from state to state. So, you should talk about this with a lawyer specializing in Arizona criminal procedure or with somebody at a free legal clinic if money's an issue. NORML--the national organization for the reform of marijuana laws (www.norml.org)--also may be able to steer you in the right direction for advice.
I tend to doubt that you'll get sent to jail if your only legal liability is possession of a very small bit of pot. I don't live in Arizona or claim any expertise, but I think it's one of the states that voted to legalize medical marijuana--hence you can probably count on a more lenient attitude than in, say, Virginia or Mississippi. Don't contact the court or correctional system, though, until you get good legal advice. Good luck.

The Group - thing- is the key phrase in your story, The court ordered you to this right? And you didn't go. A big mark against you. The Judge could sentence you with possession and then put you on probation for a few years. UA each month and all of that. Good luck to you.

When the court orders you to do something, they expect you to do it. You could be held in contempt of court and that will be an additional fine and possibly jail time. Throw yourself on the mercy of the court and if you have a reason why you did not follow the courts order, then make sure you tell the court. If the court orders you to something this time, do it.

Well if you would have stuck with the program then you wouldn't have to go back to court and worry about what's now going to happen to you. Best of luck to you. Might do some jail time since you didn't do what was asked of you.

no big deal i was caught with paraphenila and pot a fake id and some scales i had a good lawyer (state appointed) and got all my charges dropped the state lawyrers work for the DA and if you can convince them your innocent theres a good chance that it will be dropped due to the lawyers inside connection with the DA just don't admit guilt to your lawyer or anyone.....
if you are convicted of skipping drug classes then you will probably get probation with piss tests....you can't go to jail for pot on your first offence unless it was a lot of pot

We all have to except our own consequences. Either you has it on you? Or you were runnin' with the wrong corwd. But you were there. You can get towards showing that you're sorry. If you would do as the STate asked you to. Avoiding it. makes you look like you don't care. They ain't into that, one Bit! Time, may be what it takes, to get you to answer up for it

Hey, whatever you did, you did it to yourself, your not going to get any sympathy here. You were given a chance and so you thought you were a big shot, and now your facing more charges, and now your like a little sissy crying to advise. Grow up, and try and learn this time, and if you do go to jail, my only advise is, "don't drop the soap",,sweet cheeks......
