Canada is the second largest country by area in the world (after Russia) and the largest in North America.
Canada 9,976,140 km2, population=32,623,490
United States 9,631,418 km2, population=300,000,000

So Canada is bigger but alot of it is uninhabitable due to alot of it being ice, very close to the north pole
