I have state farm.

Ive never had to go to court and I HAVE filed claims.

You're not telling the whole story. Was this an accident where someone was injured? Give details, and maybe someone can tackle your question a little more appropriately.

why does Chili's sell taco's but Loan Star doesn't? They are both restaurants.

Seperate companies have seperate rules.

And since you 2 insurance companies and mention 2 accients/claims so far.....I'd go back and take drivers ed again....as you might have missed some important driving tips.

Insurance companies are known for doing this if they suspect fraud.

If they think you made a fraudulent claim, they have to proove it which is hard to do, If you have to sue them, you have to be able to prove your claim, which may be hard for you to do.

So, they deny your claim and make you sue them.
