How do you contact the spirit world to get in contact with a loved one?

Go to a place that is quiet where you will not be disturbed. Make your self as comfortable as possible relax all of your muscles just imagine that you feel yourself melting into the bed or chair that you are on. Think in your minds eye that you are sitting by a stream or on a mountain, anyplace that you feel comfortable. Tell your loved one that you miss them and would like to talk to them for a while if they have the time. They will soon be right there beside you. Ask them anything that you wish, and then listen for the answers. You can make this conversation as long as you wish, and have it as often as you like. Your loved one cares about you just as much as they did when they were here with you. Death or rebirth into spirit does not change this at all. The ego, your false self will try to convince you that you are making this all up. It will be lying to you.

Try it dear friend. I have been doing it for years. Often if you are open enough your loved one will tell you something that you did not know that can be verified by someone that is still living. This is interesting but not necessary. What is important is that you continue the loving connection that you have always had together. Be careful whom you tell about this because well meaning people will try to tell you that these things cant really happen. This negativity can sever the connection you have created and make it very difficult to re connect.

Visit a local SPIRITUALIST CHURCH in your area may be a good start, speak to someone there, its not CREEPY, in fact they are all very welcoming, nice atmosphere, cheerful hymes, very every day, loving and wonderfully comforting. Be careful there are also a lot of charlatans out there, that's why I suggested a proper church, go by recommendation from there. But do not expect instant results, it sometimes takes a while, especially if your loved one has only just passed over.

DO NOT, go messing around with Ouija boards and crap like that, oh yes ...ignore the numb nuts answers on here also.....follow your own instincts on this and you cant go wrong. Good luck.

Are there any wee halls,that do spiritualist nights,we have them here in Glasgow,Ive been a few times,they are quite good if you are interested in that sort of thing,don't worry they cant tell you anything bad,you also get a laugh ,with some of the things that people are told,check out you're area or town centre where you live,I'm sure you will find what you are looking for,good luck.
