I like this guy and i know that he kind-of likes me. A bunch of people are going out to dinner on valentines day. The guys choose their dates. But the only problem is that he is popular and im not as much. I dont know if he would be too afraid to ask me in fear of what his friends would think. Should i forget about him if he dosent ask me to the Valentines day dinner??

Yes. If he is more worried about what his friend's think then doing what makes him happy, then he is obviously insecure and immature and you are better off without him.
You want a guy who likes you and doesn't care what anybody thinks about it. I would never consider dating a guy who I thought might be embarrassed to ask me out. Move on and find a real man!

No keep ur hopes up, if he dosent care bout critizism or what ne one thinks, then he'll ask, but eventualy u should hint that u want to go a date with him. Thats how most guys will know

Ask him out. If you're afraid of rejection ask him privately. If he says no, move on. I'm sure there is someone interested in you.
