We want to go to medevil times and will be staying in downtown near convention center.Thinking about taking thetrain down there but then wont have car so looking for other options to get around down there without a car.

There is a bus system. I am from a small town and still got around alright. I felt pretty safe and traveled alone during the day. There is a site where you can actually map where you are going and it will give you the buses to take and schedules. I dont remember site, and unfortunately I have to leave the lab or I would google it for you. Good luck. Go to San Pedro pier and get some great fresh Tilapia fish! MMMM

Are you going with a group? If so, then hire a shuttle service like Super Shuttle to pick you up at the hotel and take you to Medieval Times. They use Dodge Vans that can take up to 8 passengers, so it would be the most economical way to get from one place to the other in LA.

its only bus from the Convention center to Medieval times
if you board at Pico and Figueroa you just take
(Metro line 460 "Disneyland " (yes the same bus also goes to

the fare is $2.25 per person
the metro also offers a day pass for $3.00 good all day
on all metro operated lines (including the Blue, Green, Red, Gold Line trains)
{note if you use a day pass it does not cover zone charges
or crossing the county line so you would probably still have
$1.25 in additional to having the day pass}
