The Bible does mention that God turned his back on those who turn away from God (takes His mind off them), though I'm not sure how it it said. I would need to do a little reading first.

God is wisdom and all knowing, so how can absent-minded and all knowing be in the description of the same God. Maybe your god is, but my God is mighty. And no Wise, we don't entertain silly, absent-minded question, asked by silly absent-minded people, being a follower of Jesus, we supposed to come in peace. Why argue about God, when He's mightier than all men on Earth put together. When He comes back you'll see how powerful He really is, because your knee will bow, and your tongue is going to confess that HE IS LORD!!! So noooo my friend, no need to get mad, I love you with the love of Jesus.

God is all knowing. the thought of being absent minded is implying that God would not know what to think. but being how he is all knowing he knows what to think.

God is immutable in his character, that is, he does not change. He is not an absentee landlord. God is ever involved in the world and its inhabitants. He is not like the watch maker who winds up the watch and then goes away letting things take their own course without His oversight.

Now that i preserve elderly individuals i realized that my mothers and fathers needed better visits from me than they could ever admit.. so now even at the same time as i'm so busy i flow on the least 3 cases a week, and that i verify my youngsters flow visit too. they have finished a lot for us, we gained't purely overlook about them.

4:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. tends to be a rough time for the old guy. We all need sleep, you know. After 2,000 years (or 2,000,000, or 200, or whatever the latest fad is), you'd be exhausted too.

Never. When He says that He has forgotten, it means that He will not dredge up the past to use against us.
