Go to the CIA website and look up Job Opportunities, they are just like anyone else though the have higher security and ethical reliabilty than other companies.

The fact you even came on Answer to ask this question though, Methinks will already bar you from any chance of getting hired on.

first of all the first thing you is not advertise you want to be a spy the punishment if caught anywhere is death so if you were you just blew your cover bad move Friend. now with that said you could start by enlisting in the military they organizations that can train and get you going and remember don't tell anyone

if you know two spies already you should probably ask them, i mean don't you think experiences of friends would be more trustworthy than a bunch of people on the internet, just a thought in case you are really serious.

The CIA recruits, hires and trains personnel just like any other organization. Get in touch with them, fill out an employment application and get an interview.

You must be on something if you realy belive that a real spy (and they arent calling them selves spys anyway) is going to bust his or hers identity and answer your call.

"Hi my name is James Bond and I am in the us as a brittish spy. Let me tell you all about it" Stupid hu?

I once read a book called CIA for dummies. Read it instead off asking stupid questions. Johan

One does not apply to be a spy. You are chosen by the COMPANY.
