then why isn't GWBush being charged for mass deaths in Iraq? I don't understand the difference because they were innocent and not attacking us. Can somebody explain this to me?

Let's see Saddam nerve gassed masses of Kurdish women, infants and children, old people without regard to guilt or innocence.
US war on Iraq targeted only military personnel. Additionally, Saddam was in violation of the Cease fire agreement in 1991.

By your confusion George Washington is a war criminal guilty of mass murder.

So the two have as much in common as a dachshund and an elephant.

Insurgency between Sunnis and Shite militants is equal to gassing women and children??? I don't get it the connection. What mass murder did Bush committ? Wiping out the 4th largest army in the world?....still on the scale of moral depravity of the Iraq dictator...sorry.

Saddam singled out a demographic in his own country that disagreed with his dictatorship and caused him problems. He had them killed and used them to test biological weapons. Bush is not doing that. You are comparing Apples and Oranges. I might not agree with Bush being president or choosing to go to Iraq, but I am educated enough to answer this question honestly.

You really seem to uneducated in war and politics to explain this to. Look up genocide. Sadam killed his OWN people in retaliation and revenge, a SMALL group of people tried to retailiate against him so his answer was kill them, their innocent families and anyone else in the area. Our president is heading up a WAR and is not giving orders to kill innocent people. I'll leave it there as I don't feel you are capable of understanding anymore.

What mass deaths are you referring to?
The vast majority of innocent deaths are caused by the insurgents. I am pretty sure they don't take orders from President Bush.

good question...yes the insurgents are killing a lot of innocent people...but the number of innocent people the U.S. has killed over there dwarfs the number the insurgents have killed....but i think it is because we have a more powerful army than everyone else...everyone's afraid to mess with us.
