When I walk around or maybe get up to fast or do something that makes my heart rate go up. I have these symptoms. I don’t know WHAT these could be, and if they are nothing, I don’t want to overreact by going to the doctors. I’m only 14. If you have ANY clue,
PLEASE Help?

BY THE WAY

my moms been a smoker, since before i was born,
and she used to smoke around me alot as a kid, (don’t judge parenting issues, because I’m not asking for judgment. She smoked in the house though). Could these symptoms be from, second hand smoke?? I’m 14, but I don’t know if second hand smoke can cause much. But lung cancer does run in my family…What do you think it could all be?

Your symptoms could be something as simple as a panic attack or something as serious as angina which is an early sign of a problem which could lead to a heart attack.I know that you are young but children and teens have been known to die of heart attacks[see source #1].Chest discomfort/pressure,shortness of breath, and being lightheaded can all be symptoms of heart problems[see source #2].Whatever the case may be it is critical that you see a doctor as soon as possible to find the reason for your symptoms.
If you are having panic/anxiety attacks they can be treated too.Good luck.

Sounds like u got an allergy, it could be from smoke, carpets, cats, stuffed animals.
The air may be dry also.
U can treat these symtoms yourself.
U probably need to eat apples, take a claritin , get some flonase
Your doc can give u flonase, claritin is over the counter now.
And Sudafed is good for stuffy nose or vicks.
I think your parents smoke goes up and not in your lungs unless
they breathe it directly in your face.
Tell your Ma u want to go to doc for allergy symtoms.

Could be signs of angina. Angina is like a heart attack in that part of your heart isn't getting enough blood (it's only temporary though). Signs of it are chest pressure, breathlessness, and weak feeeling hands (mostly in the left hand).

Whatever it is though, go to a doctor as soon as you can. Anytime you are having trouble breathing like this you should see a doctor.

It could be a form of asthmatic/allergic reaction to the smoke. It is definitely not lung cancer so do not worry about that. You are too young. It could also be exercise induced asthma..since it seems it is related to activity.
