If you have room for a small garden try growing your own veggies..Window Boxes or Pots work well if you don't have the room. Try Bush String Beans, Yellow (summer) Squash, Potatoes (if growing in a pot you will only need one seed potatoe cut up and one eye per pot), Corn (grow at least 4 stalks), Sunflowers (you can dry the heads in the sun for the seeds) The trick here is let them help and when the veggies are ready let them pick them and eat them right from the vines. I had a garden when my son was young and every time I would go down to get a mess of beans there weren't any came to find out him and the neighborhood kids were going down and sitting in the garden and eating them right off the vines. So healthy! and they didn't even know it.

MONKEY BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
3 cans 10 Count Butter Flavored Biscuits
Cinnamon
Sugar
Butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
Butter your Bundt Pan
In a mixing bowl - mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together. (I start with this and always end up needing more.)
Melt some butter in a small bowl.
Cut biscuits into pieces, I always quarter mine but you can make smaller.
Dip biscuit pieces into butter and roll in the sugar and cinnamon mix. Drop in the buttered Bundt Pan
Take 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon & 1 stick butter and melt together until sugar dissolves. Take this and pour over the top of the biscuits in the pan.
Bake @ 350o until Golden Brown on top… about 20 or 30 minutes.
Hint: Take tinfoil and form to the shape of your cake plate making it large enough to form a lip.
When Monkey Bread is still warm, turn out onto cake plate. If you take my hint above the syrup from above will not go all over your counter.

My sons a picky eater too. For breakfast try waffles, pancakes, sauteed potatoes (like a hash) sausage (i cut up a hot dog in tiny pieces and mix it with the potatoes).
For other meals, maccaroni and cheese, mashed potatos (you can get them to eat spinach by telling them you're going to make funky mashed potatoes. Cook the spinach then place in blender with a little bit of milk, blend and mix with mashed potatoes, my son eats it all the time and has no idea)

What do they like--
I feed my grandaughter who likes veggies and fruits
asparagus she thinks it is larry boy food. She eats it all the time even breakfast.
Blueberries are good if ripe, and applesauce. Applesauce can be enhanced by adding, cinnamon, or even koolaid to color and change taste.
Cut sandwiches in little triangles or stips for mini kid size. Try them on tuna or chicken salad, even peanut butter and jelly. or grilled cheese.
Scarmbled eggs are also good. Can add cheese if you like. My grandaughter lioves her cheesy eggs.

Scrambled eggs, cinnamon buns are fun on Sunday mornings, make them a "breakfast ice cream sundae", only use frozen yogurt, fruits, nuts (if you can) and honey instead of chocolate sauce, bagels with cream cheese...

Personally speaking, I recently underwent Gastric By-Pass Surgery. I found that Gerber Graduates, and the like, were quite tasty. They have different types, even l'il entrees and "pasta pick-ups." They are quite palatable, I didn't have to season it up much to suit my adult palate!!!
