If so how should they be punished? I’ve seen a few who really dislike taking orders
From non US citizen soldiers. should racist remarks be reported to have that soldier
Punished. Or is it an individual thing that just takes time for people to just get over it?

Report them to your EO Rep...it works...I had a Black NCO call me a "Cracker" for no reason when I was a SPC...lets just say he didn't make MSG...I had witnesses too...=)

From the other answers it looks like yes. Me a civilian, not knowing anything about it at all, I was going to say, isn't being in a war punishment enough? Can't you just say, hey buddy we are in it together, we have enough people against us, let's work together to get home alive.

Rasist remarks and other forms off mobbing should always be punished. As for how much is a case to case judgement. Johan
