Why can't God have a God?
God is an extension of God therefore it moves from God as you move from God. Think of the sun ray (light) that radiates from the sun. The sun could not be the sun without the ray and the ray could not exist if not for the sun. Have you ever said "Oh my God?"

The just shaking his head part, probably. As for the rest, I wouldn't think so. But the thought does bring a smile.
