Jesus Christ is the Word of God (Elohim) that came down from heaven and put on humanity. He was completely human and also the Word that came down from heaven. Jesus said, "I AM the Bread that came down from heaven.".
But without the fulness of God nothing would be created. So Yahweh Elohim is El Elyon. The LORD God is God Most High Is the most important. Without Jesus the Word of God, we wouldn't be created. Without Jesus the Son of Man, our sins wouldn't have been washed away in His redeeming blood.
Mohammad didn't create us or shed his blood for the remission of our sins. He also denied Jesus Christ, the Son of God and that Jesus (in his humanity) shed His blood for the remission of our sins.

The living God and Jesus are one in the same.
The most important is to love the living God with all of your heart, soul, mind and strength.
Don't forget to love others as Jesus loves us.

this shows how ignorant some of you people are. tinyblonde says god and jesus are the same. it's like the chicken and the egg, which came first? if you read genesis, it says GOD created heaven and earth. not god-jesus. nobody started hyphenating names until the '70s.

God is more important,,because its the God who created Jesus/Muhammad pbuh. We cannot ignore them,,,becuz God sent them as an example for us to learn from them. They are the prophets,,they show us how to behave and worship God.

The true Messiah would say YHWH and he did they are not one in the same they agree as one! As a son who is the complete image of his Father!
It is YHWH Who sent Yahshua not the other way around without YHWH we would not have an acceptable sacrifice for our sins.

God crate both profit Mohammad and profit Jesus.
285. The Messenger believeth in what hath been revealed to him from his Lord, as do the men of faith. Each one (of them) believeth in Allah, His angels, His books, and His apostles. "We make no distinction (they say) between one and another of His apostles." And they say: "We hear, and we obey: (We seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys."
286. On no soul doth Allah Place a burden greater than it can bear. It gets every good that it earns, and it suffers every ill that it earns. (Pray:) "Our Lord! Condemn us not if we forget or fall into error; our Lord! Lay not on us a burden Like that which Thou didst lay on those before us; Our Lord! Lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Blot out our sins, and grant us forgiveness. Have mercy on us. Thou art our Protector; Help us against those who stand against faith."

If people are Christian, then in worshiping Jesus, they are worshiping God. They are one. It's only outside of Christianity that there is a distinction, therefore your question applies only to those outside that tradition.
