how often should i run my regestery cleaner i have c cleaner i usully do it every week

Every Week is Good
I would do it around about the Same time you do Disk Clean, Defrag, Adaware SE, and then Choose an order so that it works the Best way... and do not forget your Anti-Virus

How much surfing do you do weekly? Adding and removing files causes stuff to pile up in the registry, and that's the rule I go by. I use Microsoft's Live OneCare Cleanup Scan weekly, even if I only have 1 or 2 items to remove. It doesn't hurt the registry, but you don't need to do it more often than weekly.
