The Church is comfortable with divorce, as long because of the fact the situations have been: a million. The spouce cheated 2. The spouce became bodily abusive ** i don't understand a church who helps a divorcee to be pastor if no longer for those 2 motives. some chuches are comfortable with women pastors because of the fact the passage in James could be interpreted as a cultural scripture that now no longer actually applies to women. back then and in that portion of the international, it became conceited for a girl to talk in a public amassing. even however, the bible takes the form of reliable stance against homosexuality, in the two the old and new testomony- that that's a universally acknowlegded depravity. No loop-holes or cultural interpretations approximately it. I want human beings could end appearing like gay-rights is the hot gender-equality stream. it incredibly is not. on an identical time as the bible does help classic gender roles- it has in no way dissed women. It says "there is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor loose, male nor lady, for you're all one in Christ Jesus." -Galatians 3:28. there's no longer something in there approximately being gay. it incredibly is not on that checklist. you're asking Christians to pass with between their faith and the gay community. you are able to't have the two.

Yes, but with atheism on the rise in America, the churches are fighting a war to keep you Christian. Fear is often times the first tactic used for this motive.
You know this is rubbish. The world is of course, not that simple. Not believing in god is just that and there is nothing wrong with it. The devil is not going to come and rape you. For the past 2000 years, people have been saying these kinds of things. It makes me think, people never change.

Did he call himself a Christian pastor or did you assume it because he came from a certain church? If he said what you say he did, he is NOT a Christian anything. The Bible says nothing about the devil raping people. What denomination is he/she from? Would like to know to avoid contact with people from there!

That's pretty sick and false. You need to understand there are so many people on this earth who falsly claim to believe in GOD. Just because the person says they are a minister or a priest, doesn't mean they follow GODs' laws. The first part of what he said was true. Anyone who doesn't believe in GOD and doesn't accept Jesus Christ as the son of GOD and our Lord and Savior will be doomed to burn in hell forever. You should read the bible and find out for yourself. We have the power of reading and if we don't look for ourselves, then we are doomed to follow false prophets. Keep that in mind. Thank you and GOD bless. In Jesus's name, AMEN.

Yes. It is graphic. So is the Old Testament. I don't know how old you are but you may want to try reading Leviticus at night with your parents. I hear it's very....eye-opening. (hee-hee)
I agree with some of the others. Unless it's a privately funded Christian school, it is illegal for anyone to preach in school.

If you attend a public school I'd say report them, they just broke the law. If you're in a private school I'd say change schools, the one you currently attend would have been more at home in the 500s AD.

Read the account of the crucifixion. That was graphic too, as are many other things in the Bible. Why would that surprise you? Do you expect a Christian to believe what he reads in the Bible?

Either you are for him (Jesus) or against him. That is true. It is written in the Scriptures.
We don't know when the second coming of Christ will be...we just know he's coming back. With that said...we need to be ready at any moment.
As for the last part...in Hell-o, the lake of fire...there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. I don't know if that includes rape but there will be eternal torment.

Typical scare tactics. Don't be taken it by it. The guy just wants you to follow him for the money and to make him feel good about himself.
