For example, most of my family acts like me having more than 2 children is absoultly crazy, although I do not ask them for help with anything. Do not ask for money, do not ask for gifts, do not ask for babysitting. The worst I had was "Well that was a stupid choice"

I forgot to mention that I only have 6 children. I had to endure this each pregnancy after the first two.

Well, my family hasn't really said anything, but my fiance's grandma had the nerve to ask him if he was sure that the baby was his. That was while I was pregnant. They haven't said anything bad since, that I know of.

With my first pregnancy my mom was a little upset at first but once she seen it upset me she changed her attitude about it. Now pregnant with second child 3 yrs later and when we told my brother he had the nerve to say "Didn't you learn from me"? He said that because him and his ex have two children together but their no longer together. It really made me mad because my relationship is nothing like his. We have been together for 6 yrs and counting. I hate to say it but he's probably just jealous because we actually work out any problems instead of running from them. Everyone else has been very supportive and happy.

I just had to say how sorry I am that you don't have the support of your family. I don't think you are crazy - I think you might be too concerned about what your family thinks but your family should want to play a part in your children's lives. And maybe they think your choice was stupid but it was your choice.

my how supportive your family is. i would like to have 3 children as well, but i have the feeling my family would be happy for me! i can't even imagine having to put up with a family like yours. since when is it stupid to be a mom? now of course i don't know their reasons for disagreeing with you so strongly. you'll have to talk with them, but make it clear that if they will only insult you, the conversation is over!
