You can call Financial Management Services at 1-800-304-3107 to see if there are any offsets to your refund

If you file it early in the week, preferably no later than Wednesday, but Monday is best, you will get it on the 2nd Friday after you filed/after the IRS accepts your return; approximately 10-14 days. However, if you itemize deductions, have a FTHBC payback, or education expenses, it could delay your refund a bit...possibly up to a month.
