Those words sound like the propaganda that spews from the fundamentalist movement---They want to ignore the tolerance of civilized society & be free to judge & condemn gays,peoples of other faiths,keep woman silent,bare footed & pregnant.
These hypocrites are really latter day judgmental Pharisees in Christian drag--behind their crocodile smiles lurks a very dangerous agenda--Avoid them--& their hate message!!

In case you have any interest (which I doubt) the first treatise anyone ever wrote against slavery was by St Gregory of Nyssa, one of the architects of orthodox Christian doctrine, in the fourth century.
