I always sleep on my stomach because it's most comfortable but recently I got my belly button pierced and my piercer told me that it might be uncomfortable if i sleep on my stomach and sometimes when I wake up it is a little red.

Is there any way to train yourself to stop sleeping in a position you have for 16 years?

It's like when you're pregnant and can't sleep on your stomach anymore...

Put a pillow under your back and put your arms up on your pillow by your head, and see how that goes, or try sleeping on your side a little...

Or watch tv until you fall asleep that way you're on your back anyway.

you could put a bandaid over your piercing so it doesn't catch on blankets.

Sure, sleep on your side with a neck pillow in the groove of your neck.
