I'm looking someone with knowledge of an existing position, whether filled or vacant, near San Fran, LA, or San Jose. My only restriction is that I'm not interested in any recruiting related position. Anything else will be fine - any branch / MOS.
If no one knows of an actual position, perhaps someone might give me contact information for someone who would.
BUT, if that's the case, I'm looking for a point of contact in a personnel section somewhere - *not* a branch manager (because branch managers are generally no help whatsoever).

There is a bunch of army home pages. Try to browse down the units that way. Or try the national guard of california. Else I dont know if you can search for a officers job in a fixed area. I think thats an call for your supperiors/personnel org. Johan

best thing would be to check with guard units in the area---
AGR slots are kinda hard to predict with the reserves
have to put in anAGR application and be accepted before they can tell you anything
ok---didn't know you were already AGR
only thing i keep coming up with is recruiter positions---sorry I couldn't help
