Well, this seems to be hot off the press from the geeks at NASA. All you have to do is employ the heat generated by the effect of Gravitational Lensing(if you're unsure about that big word;Google it) Then, through a series of carefully calculated reflective lasers.... focus the intenesity of the collective beams .... and Voila!..... course you could just DUCT TAPE whatever container you're using and Microwave it... I mean, there's still oxygen..... try one o' them Boil-In-Bag rice dealies

You would be better off steaming it - you could generate steam in an enclosed flask and then allow it out of a small hole into the cooking chamber. Water would be heated by an electrical element.
