Did you guys just break up? Are you thinking about your ex when your with someone else? If you guys just broke up, its normal to be thinking about him a lot. If thats the case though, the best idea may be to just put more priority on being social and staying busy in your life. Try going out and meeting new people, because that will get your mind off him. If you are with someone now and you keep thinking about your ex, maybe thats a sign that you shouldn't be with the one you are and you should be back with your ex. Think about it.

In life, there are many decisions one has to make and breaking up is one of the hardest ones. I've been through that and ONLY time, LOVE YOURSELF more than ever before, talk to people that really care for you and are willing to listen, GET BUSY and DO NOT stay home much. You need distraction. With this said, you need to start new things in life and continue on, Don't be stubborn because that's not going to fix it, it will only make it worse. If you don't move on, you'll feel like trapped in a bottle and not able to think positive. Always remember, there is only one life and every second, minute, hour, etc.. that passes by, you would've done something better to help someone or yourself.

you in many circumstances choose, what you won't be in a position to have! Its too previous due now. he's married and if he married this lady then needless to say he's happy. Its general to omit an ex. particularly in case you dated him for subsequently long. each and all the memories jointly yet hey you broke up for a reason. that's life. flow on, do no longer stay to tell the story something which you neglected your probability on - it takes place... savor your life with your new boyfriend :0)

This is natural so you are not alone. When the thoughts come, immediately switch to another thought . You will eventually train your mind to throw out those thoughts of that jerk.
It takes time so be patient. Think of all you have: your health, a computer, a home, etc. think on these things instead of some idiot. He isn't worth it. not one little thought worth!
Good luck

It took me 4 years to get over my divorce and pursue a new relationship. I went nuts for a while and got myself into all kinds of problems. I finally kept myself so busy I didn't have the time or energy to think about her any more.

i don't think you'll ever stop thinking about your ex . . but you can get over him in a romantic way . . he obviously isn't good for you if you aren't together anymore. be at peace that he is still in your mind since he meant something at one time

u're probably not over him...have u recently broken up? find hobbies and friends to be around. throw away the reminders you have of him....talk to him and get closure if that's what u need. maybe write a letter as if u were gonna give it to him....and the burn it...or write a list of all his faults...so you know he wasn't the one.
