There is no share while he is alive; maybe not when he is dead.

You claim your daughter as a dependant. Don't let him. You are the main one supporting the her. That's really a low down dirty thing he's doing. 200 per month is not even enough to buy the grocieries for a child much less clothes and everything else need to raise a child. He could only legally claim her if he can prove that he provided 51% of her living expenses, which it doesn't sound like he does. He is a looser and is trying to guilt you out of money that he's too lazy to make himself. If he was a decent guy he would have made sure that his child was taken care of from the beginning. Don't do it. Why do you feel sorry for him. He's only trying to take money away from his own child.

How selfish! No you can't. I wish so called children woudl quit thinking all their parents worked for is going to be theirs! It is you fathers money you nut! If he wants to give all to a dog there isn't anything you can do about it. I hope he goes out in style and takes a few trips around the world and spends it all on himself. He worked for it you sure didn't.

Yes - my grandparents are settling their estate now so if they ever get put into a nursing home the state will pay. As long as your father is willing to do it, you should have no problem with it.

Ask him to create a family trust and move $12k a year as a gift, so you don't have to pay taxes on it. If he doesn't want to, then you have to wait till he goes. When he goes, hopefully he has trust with your name in it for your potion. If he only has a will, you can contest.
