I believe the world's longest cantilevered structure is the Quebec Bridge in Quebec, Canada, at 549m/1800ft long.
A close second is the bridge over the Firth of Forth in Scotland, which has two spans at 521m/1710ft.

World's longest cantilever bridges (by longest span) [1]
Quebec Bridge (Quebec, Canada) 1,800 feet (549 m)
Forth Bridge (Firth of Forth, Scotland) 2 x 1,710 feet (521 m)
Minato Ohashi Bridge (Osaka, Japan) 1,673 feet (510 m)
Commodore Barry Bridge (Chester, Pennsylvania, USA) 1,644 feet (501 m)
Crescent City Connection (Twin Spans) (New Orleans, Louisiana, USA) 1,575 feet (480 m)
Howrah Bridge (Calcutta, India) 1,500 feet (457 m)
Veterans Memorial Bridge (Gramercy, Louisiana, USA) 1,460 feet (445 m)
San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge (East Bay Span) (San Francisco, California, USA) 1,400 feet (427 m)
Horace Wilkinson Bridge (Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA) 1,235 feet (376 m)
Tappan Zee Bridge (New York, New York, USA) 1,212 feet (369 m)
Coming up soon, the titles go to Hongkong, estimated span is 1km.
Cantilevered building is very rared, but I am not sure about Boeing Manufacture Plant of type of construction - Roof Construction because a extreme wide span of floor area is need for aeroplane construction thus column is eliminated and it is also need for overhead suspended heavy lifter crane too.
Balcony is the common of cantilevered structure of the building.
