Without joining the U.S military???

Join the Peace Corps, UMCOR or some other aid agency that works with the UN. The Peace Keepers are drawn from standing armies of member nations. You don't just join the UN Peacekeeping Forces.

UN forces are drawted from membership countries military. So if youre american I belive the answer is no. I dont know wether or not the french foregin legion are providing people for un troops but if youre counsidiring joining them maybe. But you have to be a part of a un member armed forces to be considered for un military service, its like nato. Johan

You have to be active duty military
