I want to get ideas for survival technics and what plants I can live on if I were lost in a forest .

Yes, you can, but Native Americans and pioneers in the New World did not boil the foliage, they poured hot water over the foliage. Be aware too that not everyone can tolerate this kind of "tea." There are chemicals other than vitamin C in the foliage that are toxic. And by the way, it is the white cedar (arborvitae or "tree of life") that was used for making a life-saving tea during wintertime (to fight off scurvy) not the tree we know as red cedar:

White pine was also used by Native Americans and pioneers for this purpose.

You can get vitamin C from steeping the fresh needles of most conifers, including cedars.
If you're really interested in forest survivalism, you should pick up a local reference book and/or take a class.

Vitamin-C(Ascorbic acid) get completely spoiled if the food containing it, is boiled.
