Brown sauce goes on the bangers and red sauce goes on the chips. That way you get both red and brown sauces.

Hello,
Tomato Ketchup is wonderful on a good cheese sandwich, or with a slice of roast pork, Brown Sauce is great on ready made pies and pasties from a fast food outlet. a nice preference of mine and I really do recommend it is a sweet mustard on any burger or beef sandwich,Mmmmm beautiful, are you peckish now that I have told you my favourites, well, go get 'em. and enjoy

RED, definately, not keen on brown.
Red sauce with bacon butties, chips, corned beef sandiwches, scrambled egg .... lots of things really. Yum.
