The best thing you should do is simply to talk to him about it. Also, you need to trust your gut. If it looks and smells like a rat, it is likely a rat. It doesn't mean it is for sure until you actually go and check it out, but it means there is a good likelihood that it is. Talk to your boyfriend. See what he has to say. It could be that he has very good reasons for talking to his ex and using her car. After talking to your boyfriend, listen to your instincts and act upon them. Above all, NOBODY deserves to be cheated on and disrespected. If you find that he IS cheating, then respect yourself enough to move on. You will find someone better. Good luck.

More information is needed on this. Just because he's always talking to her and using her car doesn't mean he's cheating, but it doesn't look too good for him either.

Does he know how you feel? Does he know that this hurts you and causes you to wonder about your relationship?

I know this would not sit well with me, I would feel like I needed to put my foot down and tell him "look, you are no longer with her, you're with me I don't understand why you feel the need to keep in contact with her and borrow her car, please cut her out of your life so we can move on with ours" and if he can't follow your wishes, you may be better off without him.

He may or may not be, but the bottom line is that you need to put your foot down and tell him how you feel. Tell him is actions make you feel very uncomfortable.
